The Sons of Allen Ministry, previously known as the Brotherhood, was renamed in 2005. Our motto is: Empowering Men, Transforming Lives, and Striving Toward Excellence. We have a group of men who meet at the church on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 6:30 pm. During our meetings we plan and support the following activities: sponsorship of the Sons of Success and working with young men by mentoring in mental and social development. This is a new program for young men here at Grant. During meetings, the men also prepare to sing each 5th Sunday as the Donald Scott Men’s Choir. Other activities include preparing the annual Resurrection Day Sunrise Breakfast, barbecue and fish dinners fund raisers and offer support for the youth conference, men and women day and other organizations. There is an open invitation for all men to come and join this ministry.
