“Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.”  Lord, when I look in the mirror today, I will see what the outside of me looks like.  When I look in your word, I see what the inside of me looks like.  I know that no matter what the outside looks like, if the inside isn’t right, it all looks bad.  Let me not forget to look into your word today, to ensure that my love, forgiveness, kindness, gentleness, and joy are in the right place.  In Jesus name, Amen!
